The hotel is situated in a very quiet area with modest surroundings, perfect for exploring the amazing old city. The rooms are spacious but lack atmosphere, and privacy might require keeping the curtains closed. The dining experience offers an extensive buffet that exceeded our expectations. However, the service, while okay, falls short of a four-star level with unexpected charges for certain breakfast items.
The hotel was a good choice overall. The rooms were pleasant and well-equipped, though lacking drawers and featuring only shelves with hangers, typical of hotel setups. The size of the room and bathroom was good, with a fantastic shower. The central location allowed for a convenient stroll into Caceres. It's dog-friendly with practical parking under the hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
